Bobby Au Yeung (歐陽震華) discussed about his experiences being an “extra” in TVB in the past during an interview at a radio station on 21st May 2019. He said: “Once, I received a telephone telling me to act as a customer who looked for prostitute and asked if any dialogues for me. He told me that I was lucky as there was no speech and I got to hug the woman. I was very furious and felt lack of respect at the time. It is impossible to tolerate everything and I might offend many people as a result.”

Before shooting File of Justice (壹號皇庭) drama in the past, Bobby pondered about his contract renewal with TVB: “My monthly salary is few thousands dollars only and I can find another job which is at least $10,000 per month. However, it changes my mindset after shooting File of Justice series and I did leave TVB after filming the sequel, because the company refused to renew my contract. I told them my intention to change my contract but they ignored me. Hence, I decided to venture outside and my one year wages from filming drama is almost equal to 10 years wages in TVB.”

When asked about shooting TVB drama again, Bobby said: “Because they were planning to film File of Justice III drama with the original cast team and decided to approach me. Thus. my contract was changed after 1993.”
