Ruco Chan (陳展鵬) and Phoebe Sin (單文柔) tied the knot in September 2018 and had a baby daughter in May 2019. After their daughter is born, they definitely have to give her a name and apply for the birth registration. On 25th June, Wing discovered Ruco and Phoebe were collecting the birth certificate while helping her baby to make an application at Immigration Department in Tsim Sha Tsui. Wing said: “I could not really recognise them as both were wearing masks until an Immigration staff assisted them personally and I started to glance at them.”

Wing praised Phoebe looked very eye catching despite wearing a mask and both were playing with their mobile phones. While Phoebe was looking at Grace Wong’s (王君馨) Instagram account, she rested her head on Ruco’s shoulder and it was full of warmth. Wing said: “I feel weird upon discovering them as their baby was born earlier than mine. Perhaps they are late because of changing their daughter’s name at eleventh hour.” Based on Hong Kong immigration rules, the parents must apply for the birth certificate once their baby is born within 42 days and will incur additional fees if apply late. Subsequently, Ruco and Phoebe went to the counter to complete the procedure and Wing said they left after 45 minutes later.
