Neighbourhood Finance (街坊財爺) drama starring Kent Cheng (鄭則仕), Kingdom Yuen (苑瓊丹), Maggie Shiu (邵美琪), Chris Lai (黎諾懿) and Mandy Wong (黃智雯) was supposed to air its debut on 22th July 2019 but TVB suspended it suddenly and Justice Bao, The First Year (包青天再起風雲) series portraying Shaun Tam (譚俊彥), Owen Cheung (張振朗) and Nancy Wu (胡定欣) became the replacement. At the time, the film producer,  Leung Choi Yuen (梁材遠) of Neighbourhood Finance drama confessed to the sudden arrangement and was worried that Kingdom might have purchased an air ticket to return to Hong Kong during an interview.

Although Neighbourhood Finance series was based on comedy theme, but the preview showed Kent took a group of black men to surround the police station during 2019 TVB Sales Presentation (無綫節目巡禮) with the dialogue about a loan shark with black and white connections. Because of Hong Kong Protests, TVB was worried about causing a worse relationship between the police and citizens and decided to suspend the series until September. As there was more tension when compared to the beginning, it is highly likely that TVB might suspend it again. Apple Daily HK (蘋果) tried to contact Ken but there was no response at all.

Based on the understanding, the disasters for the prime time slot during Amazing Summer happen one after another and TVB has suspended many drama related to police. It include Airport Security Unit (機場特警) series starring Matt Yeung (楊明), Sisley Choi (楊明) and Owen and Shaw Brothers Studio (邵氏) series, Flying Tiger II (飛虎之雷霆極戰) portraying Michael Miu (苗僑偉), Bosco Wong (黃宗澤), Ron Ng (吳卓羲), Kenneth Ma (馬國明), Oscar Leung (梁競徽), Michael Wong (王敏德) and Liza Wang (汪明荃) making a cameo appearance. Finally, Hong Kong Police Force (香港警務處) and TVB collaborated in a new drama (衝鋒隊2019) and the cast team members, Alex Fong (方力申) and Rosina Lam (林夏薇) had started work, but it was halted. TVB Executive, Ms Virginia Lok (樂易玲) explained it was stopped temporarily because the police force was extremely busy.
