Francis Ng (吳鎮宇) and Nick Cheung (張家輝) collaborated again in new film, Line Walker 2 (使徒行者2諜影行動) and the film director, Jazz Boon (文偉鴻) spent lots of efforts in the role images. Francis’s role image resembles to Masaharu Fukuyama (福山雅治) in Manhunt (追捕) movie and Nick’s role image is based on Tom Cruise (湯告魯斯) in Mission: Impossible (職業特工隊) film.

Francis explained the reason: “Because I usually wear suit and my hair is neat when filming cop films and I want something different this time. Hence, I plan to follow the image of Japanese police and the film director understands upon showing him Manhunt movie. The director keeps calling me Masaharu Fukuyama at the drama set and even uses the joke in the film.”

Initially, Nick was clueless about the director trying to make him resemble James Bond (占士邦) and finally understood that he was shooting an undercover and not cop film. When mentioned about the movie was added with Hong Kong classic trait such as the shadow of A Better Tomorrow (英雄本色) film, Nick said: “It is to match the idea of film director and action choreographer, Chin Ka Lok (錢嘉樂). Perhaps it is intentionally as we watch many cop films in the 1990s and everyone seems to forget about the scenes that make us excited slowly. It does not matter and is a good try though.”
