Susan Tse (謝雪心) attended an event at the headquarter in Hong Kong Red Cross on 25th August 2019. She expressed she was busy doing charity work and analysing the food for Po Leung Kuk (保良局): “The elderly people find it hard to swallow the food at times and some youngsters have the same problem too. It is difficult to swallow food which is hard and we try to invent the food as soft as pudding.”

Susan added she finally understood when her father needed to drink tea while eating. When asked about her culinary skills, she said: “I am good at frying scallops and beef. The most important is the quality of the food ingredients.”
