Since the “on sum” scandal between Jacqueline Wong (黃心穎) and Andy Hui (許志安) exposed in April 2019, she escaped to America and changed her English name to Rachel, and became a property agent.

Earlier, TVB decided to broadcast Finding Her Voice (牛下女高音) drama starring Jacqueline and was suspected to test the water. Although it was a good opportunity, Jacqueline thanked the film producer and cast team members and had no intention to return to Hong Kong. She was pointed to buy properties 2 years ago and rely on Hong Kong notary bank to complete the transaction.

In 2017, Jacqueline bought a two bedroom flat with 500 square feet at $8.5 million in Victoria Skye. At the time, she revealed it was her first time to buy an apartment and had been saving up for a long time. Although it was not full pay, but Jacqueline definitely had the ability to pay for the instalment. Based on the information, the acquisition was completed but Jacqueline did not return to complete the procedures and engaged Hong Kong notary bank to act on her behalf. Besides that, she also owned a flat in Ocean One at Yau Tong and another apartment in Vancouver.

However, there was some problems such as the cement, material, paint and window about the flats in Victoria Skye. Upon buying an apartment 2 years ago, Jacqueline revealed she purchased it for her own stay and it is better to check with a property inspector, if she intends to sell it.
