Chun Fai revealed the management had doubts initially and said: “The management asked if Joel was suitable to play the male lead and I explained it received good reviews when Joel acted in The Unholy Alliance (同盟) and Burning Hands (乘勝狙擊) series. The management agreed with me to give an opportunity to Joel. As for Selena, she is my first choice as she is a very hardworking actress and her acting skills has been improving since shooting On the First Beat (學警出更) drama. Geoffrey Wong (黃子雄) plays a boss of a fast food restaurant this time and every artiste should try different roles. An artiste should be versatile and seek for breakthrough continuously.”

They believed salaried staff having good jobs should consider to stay in public estate and wrote their perspectives into the plot, so as to see the audiences’ responses.
