Jacqueline Wong (黃心穎) played a silly woman in Finding Her Voice (牛下女高音) drama. Fortunately, Owen Cheung (張振朗) took good care of her and even acted as her husband to make the elderly happy. Because of her failed marriage, Jacqueline tried to escape from the reality and became what she was today. In one particular episode, Owen and she went to a party and saw her ex-husband by coincidence. Subsequently, Jacqueline had a breakdown and confided in Owen: “In the past? There is no turning back now and I am no longer the same when I was in Canada. Many people feel envy of me when I am good in studies and receive the scholarship. Look at me, I am poor in everything and have nothing now. It seems everything that I do is wrong and even my husband cannot tolerate me. Who is willing to give me a chance?”

After watching that episode, many netizens remarked the dialogues were similar to Jacqueline’s predicament in reality. Based on understanding, the upcoming episode will show a change in Jacqueline’s love life and she said firmly: “I will not become a third party!” Since “On Sum” (安心事件) scandal was exposed, she withdraws from the industry but the senior management in TVB appears to have confidence in Jacqueline until now. As for her dialogue related to reject being a third party, it is uncertain if it will remind the audiences of her scandal and end up as a heated discussion again. The film producer, Wong Wai Sing (黃偉聲) accepted an interview with HK01 (香港01) and confessed he could not really remember if such dialogue existed in the drama. He emphasised: “Many people watch the series from wrapping up to the editing and nobody requests to edit again. Anyway, the drama is ready to broadcast anytime.”
