On 11th November 2019, violent demonstrations took place in Hong Kong and one police officer pulled out his gun to shoot a protestor when they tried to block a junction at Sai Wan Ho on the north-east of Hong Kong Island. The officer shot twice when another man dressed in black outfit approached him without any weapons and fell to the ground. Hence, the police subdued two people.

Since the protests begun in June, Wong He (王喜) has been using the identity as former Hong Kong police officer to express his thoughts. On the same day, he showed his anger towards that officer for using his gun through Facebook: “Has the opposite party done anything? why do you shoot him? Has he done anything again and what makes you decide to shoot twice? After the second shoot, why do you shoot again? Be prepared to go to prison and it is the end of your life!”

In addition, many netizens felt furious and remarked it was full of hatred and a lawless society as the police did not need to bear any responsibility. They asked Wong He if that officer will go to prison because the press conference had clear his offence.
