The virus in Wuhan is wide-spreading and the governments in all countries are treating it seriously. Many Hong Kong citizens begin to wear face masks for protection and TV King Kenneth Ma (馬國明) revealed he will be travelling to Singapore for stage performance with Ekin Cheng (鄭伊健) at the airport on 28th January 2020.

When asked about the current situation in Singapore, Kenneth replied to HK01 (香港01): “It is quite peaceful and only a minority of people are wearing face masks. Perhaps it is because of the humid weather and they treat the virus less serious. Of course, I am extra careful and will use hand wipes and sanitiser after holding a microphone and shaking hands with the audiences. It is hard to buy face masks in Singapore and I am unsure if it is sold out or limited supply. Heard that it is also very hard to buy disinfectant and fortunately, I take it along with me. Hopefully everyone remains healthy and the virus stays away from us. (Did your mother make any safety precautions?) She treats it normal and it is pointless to feel anxious. We must wear face masks outside and wash our hands frequently. It is normal in Taikoo Shing and many people are wearing face masks. Anyway, it is more than enough as long as we make safety precautions.”
