Sammi Cheng (鄭秀文) was dressed in sports attire and went for running on 20th May. She woke up at 8am as it was humid to run in the afternoon and could only fall asleep around 3am or 4am.

Sammi pointed it was relaxing to run this time and realised the importance of balancing the stamina: “#sweating #endorphins is free #wearing face mask again after running #waking up early is nearly impossible #stretching after exercising #staying healthy and enjoying the training”
