TVB Executive Ms Virginia Lok (樂易玲) attended newcomer recruitment activity on 4th August. When mentioned about changing to teaching acting classes online for the first time, she replied she wished to look for new blood and bring excitement to the audiences.

Asking if Jacqueline Wong (黃心穎) will be making an on-screen comeback after “On Sum” (安心偷食) scandal last year, Ms Lok said: “This thought did cross my mind and I plan to have a meeting with her but it is cancelled because of the virus. We continue to keep in contact and I want to understand her recent condition. Anyway, let’s see if we can meet up at a later time.”

Checking if Jacqueline had calmed down, Ms Lok revealed she was a positive girl and they did not mention about the scandal again. When asked if the company arranged Jacqueline to participate in new drama, Ms Lok explained she needed to discuss with the company and her and if making an on-screen comeback will help her: “We have not given Jacqueline up and it depends if there is any chances for her to come back. Overall, it depends on many factors.”

In addition, Jacqueline responded to the media: “I promise to update everyone if there is any news. Right now, we are trying our best to fight against the virus and thank you for the concern.” Finally, she used an emoji of two palms placed together.
