49-year-old Gigi Lai (黎姿) shares her health and beauty knowledge on RED occasionally. A couple of days ago, she uploaded a video about getting rid of water retention. Many people assume it is best to drink less water but Gigi explains the most effective method is to drink plenty of fluid as it helps to detox the body. She shows the correct way to drink water and another method to drink water happily if you dislike it.

Gigi advised to drink 8 glasses of water daily and less fluid around 3 to 4 hours, before going to bed. She also highlighted the biggest mistake to drink other beverages as replacement.
