It is important to mind one’s behaviour and action in the public. Otherwise, it will make the citizens feel uneasy and become a phobia.

On 7th March, Kelly Fu (傅嘉莉) disclosed a man’s obscene action and felt regretful to ignore it via Instagram: “I met up with my friend in Mong Kok flower market and tried to look for the address through my mobile phone. There are many people walking at the street and saw a man’s private part suddenly, while looking at my mobile phone…… I was shocked and should have report him immediately. Will it cause a phobia if children see it? After all, flower market is always crowded and I will know what to do if it happens again.”

Subsequently, the netizens suggested Kelly to leave immediately and lodge a police report if encountering the same situation again: “Your safety is important too.”
