On 28th March, Ali Lee (李佳芯), Sisley Choi (蔡思貝), Alex Lam (林德信) and Kristal Tin (田蕊妮) turned up at a charity preview, Bad Acting directed by Olivia Yan (甄詠蓓) and Maisy (蔡美詩).
Ali expressed she played a woman with debt collector demanding her to pay the loan and described herself as an insane woman as there was no filming partner and she needed to rely on her imaginations: “Feel excited during the lessons and it is more challenging when there is no filming partner. I always talk to myself in front of the mirror and it is a good method to increase my confidence, as we tend to feel depressed at times.”
When asked if she will choose the same method after a break up, Ali emphasised it did not involve romance only but encouraging oneself was important when nobody offered to. Checking about her current relationship status, she said: “It is essential to get along comfortably and spending time together is vital. Anyway, we need time to handle all aspects.”
As for Sisley, she disclosed she knew Alex through Olivia’s lessons and accepted her invitation to participate in the project: “There are many new tries for me at the classes and I am not worried about making mistakes. It is a surprise that the documentary makes it to the big screen.”
Sisley added she respected Harriet Yeung (楊詩敏) and praised her brilliant acting skills. She treated Harriet as her role model and tried to attend classes during her free time. Subsequently, Alex revealed Sisley and he played debt collectors during the lessons. Asking if it was a big challenge, he smiled and said: “I am satisfied with my performances but film director has a different perspective. Sometimes, it is more frightening when one looks refined.”
Finally, Kristal pointed she knew Olivia after attending her online lessons and was invited to join her project: “I have lots of things to learn even as TV Queen. We must continue to learn regardless of our age.”
