Roger Kwok’s (郭晉安) wife Cindy Au (歐倩怡) completed her nutrition course in 2020 and remains young and fit at 40 year old.

On 15th April, she shared her keeping fit menu and left a message on Instagram: “It is easy to gain weight when overeat outside and the rice tastes good. Let me share some tips with the ladies. 1. Eat 5 tablespoon of rice which equals to a bowl of rice. 2. Eat two pieces of lean meat resemble to 2-way cake foundation. 3. Eat a bowl of vegetables (minimum). 4. Request for the gravy in a separate bowl. 5. Drink beverages without sugar. Evaporated milk has very high calories.”
