On 20th August, Charlene uploaded her new photos and posted a message on Instagram: “Lately, I am trying to eat within 8 hours and stop eating after 9pm. I also surf Internet for an hour to detox myself. #reduce water retention problem #less dry eye problem”

It is believed she is using 168 diet plan (168間歇性斷食) which is stop eating for 16 hours. Many celebrities including Sammi Cheng (鄭秀文), Roxanne Tong (湯洛雯) and Rainie Yang (楊丞琳) try it and it is a healthy and effective sliming method.
