Hera Chan (陳曉華) is invited to TVB health show (醫醫,我不想再病了) as a guest. She expressed she hoped to enrich her knowledge about having a healthy body: “Earlier, I have been eating supper for the past consecutive nights. I could sleep for 24 hours since going for a diet and refrain from eating carbohydrate food and meat. Perhaps I become stronger after stop eating carbohydrate food.”

Subsequently, Hera explained she went on a diet due to gaining 10 pounds weight: “I need to slim down quickly due to filming new drama soon. I eat too much during the vacation and manage to lose 10 pounds within 2 to 3 months. I also realise my metabolism slows down upon growing older and it is good to eat one meal per day.”
