TVB anniversary drama, The Ringmaster (拳王) starring Wayne Lai (黎耀祥), Owen Cheung (張振朗), Elaine Yiu (姚子羚) and Brian Chu (朱敏瀚) is currently broadcasting. Earlier, television producer Andy (陳耀全) held a live broadcast with Hugo Wong (黃子恆) and Owen to interact with the audiences. They also gave away face masks with their autographs.

Andy pointed the collaboration between Owen and Hugo could bring a new feeling to the audiences. However, Owen felt it was a challenge: “In the series, I am a stern person who has many jobs and it is difficult to me. During the filming, I became a different person who disliked to talk.” As for Hugo, he played a lively person and it caused a positive impact to him in real life: “We treat each other as family at the set and feel happy to work together.”

Both also confessed they were crybabies as Hugo recalled of having tears when dubbing for his role, but kept thinking about Owen’s role and shooting.

Finally, Owen disclosed he would feel emotional regardless of seeing Law Lan (羅蘭) acting as his grandmother, filming and accepting an interview. Andy said: “Yes, he cries easily. When watching the playback of Karma Rider (師父‧明白了) series, Owen cried while watching his death scene and it frightened me. He is also one of the actors who causes many NG.”
