The Omicron variant of the coronavirus is currently wide spreading in Hong Kong. The government announced that all restaurants must be closed at night while pubs are totally closed with effective from 7th January.

On 6th January, Nancy Wu (胡定欣) pointed it resembled to the pandemic happened a year ago at a charity art exhibition (慈善數碼藝術展) together with Catherine Chau (周家怡) and Lisa Cheng (鄭麗莎). She was currently filming new drama, Drug-Beating Strongmen (破毒強人) and said: “It makes me more worried and I am unsure about the arrangements by the company. There are people infected in the canteen and it is a high risk when we cannot wear face mask at the set. Hence, we must be extra careful.”

Nancy disclosed the gatherings were cancelled and fitness and manicure services were suspended. Earlier, she watched her good friend, Hins Cheung’s (張敬軒) concert and said: “He told me the tenth session was the final and it turned out to be the last session before the delay.”

As for Catherine, she expressed the opening ceremonies of restaurants and beauty salons were cancelled and it affected her income. Mentioning about Dayo Wong (黃子華) and Hin’s stage play was postponed, Catherine said: “I believe nobody wants a refund. We look forward to their performance.”
