Earlier, Wayne Lai (黎耀祥), Mimi Kung (龔慈恩), Fred Cheng (鄭俊弘), Joman Chiang (蔣祖曼) and Brian Chu (朱敏瀚) attended the pre-shooting ceremony of new drama, “Qinggong” (輕‧功). Wayne worked in Mainland China for 10 months and celebrated lunar new year in Hong Kong. He said: “I will be filming the series on day 7 of lunar new year.”

When mentioned about appearing at a Chinese variety show together with Sheren Tang (鄧萃雯) as guests, Wayne explained: “Sheren happened to be in Mainland China and we decided to accept the invitation. (Are both of you shooting series together again?) Yes, we are trying hard and believe that day will come. It has been 10 years since our last collaboration and it is hard to find a good filming partner. Rosy Business 4 (巾幗梟雄4) drama is currently in preparation stage and hopefully the filming will commence by end 2022. (Is it because of your tight schedule?) We must wait for the arrangement by senior management. I meet up with many old friends such as Michael Tao (陶大宇) in Hong Kong and wish to film drama together with him, but not singing though.”

As Joman played Wayne’s daughter in the series, she said: “I feel very nervous to work together with TV King Wayne and Brian who won Best Actor in a Supporting Role Award. Everyone has good acting skills. I need to drive frequently while talking in the drama but have average skill in real life and worry that I might not be able to handle it.”
