New film, Burning (焚身) starring Kevin Cheng (鄭嘉穎), Dada Chan (陳靜), Rebecca Zhu (朱晨麗), Edmond So (蘇志威), Law Lan (羅蘭), Katherine Chan (陳嘉倩) and Kendy Cheung (張敬仁) will be premiering on 30th June. On 16th June, the movie company released the preview and Dada acts as a third party between the marriage of Kevin and Rebecca. She also becomes his son’s piano teacher in order to steal him away.
In real life, Kevin is a good husband and father. When asked about handling third party, he replied he would try his best not to let it happen: “I dislike to drink, cherish my family very much and cannot bear the consequences. Other than eating and playing ball with my friends, I usually stay at home and my wife, Grace Chan (陳凱琳) knows my friends and has their contact details. She is aware of everything so it is impossible to have an extra-marital affair.”
Dada described herself as a rational person and would keep a distance from friends who were taken, in order to avoid misunderstanding: “It is hard to become friends and we will not chat and go out. I do not want others to treat me this way and believe there is karma.”
Rebecca expressed she played a kind-hearted person and maintained the family because of the child. Asking about her solution if it happened to her in real life, she replied: “I reckon my family is my top priority once becoming a mother but might not be if dating only.”
